Shipping and delivery timing

SHIPMENT

All goods are provided by the free port and is sent through couriers. The rate is carriage forward and is calculated according to the weight / volume developed from the pack. The couriers are SDA and, if required, you can use the BRT and GLS for shipments in Italy, and Fedex for international shipments.

The goods travel for the account and risk of the buyer. The damaged goods, or possibly lost during transport, is not replaced or credited.
It does not allow to cancel the order (entirely or in part) in case of delays.

SHIPMENT TIMING

All orders, received within 12.30 italian time, are processed in the same day. In Italy the delivery is in 24h, excluding islands and remote areas in which the times increase to 48 / 72h. Any delays ( courier’s mistake, causes of force major, atmospheric events ect…) are not attributable to the ARBO BARI S.R.L.

All orders, submitted after this time (12.30 italian time), will be processed the next day. This means that the customer will receive the material two days after the order.

Couriers do not deliver during the weekends. This means that orders received on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will be received by the customer on Tuesday (with the exception of islands and remote areas).
Any way you can request delivery on Saturdays with an additional fee. The shipment will approved only after verifying that the area of interest is served; therefore, you must contact us to verify this information.

The couriers carry the address given in the process of shipping and can deliver the goods throughout the day. If the package was not delivered in accordance with the specified timing, you can contact our office at 080.501.42.34 or send an email to info@arbobari.it order to check the delivery status.
